Elaman is an intelligence contractor with offices in Germany, Switzerland and Dubai. Clients have included 'Siemens, Alcatel, Ericsson, Rohde & Schwarz, Spectronic' and 'Lawful Enforcement Agencies in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.'[1]
